It is the perfectly balanced combination of bread baked fresh daily, juicy pork belly with crackles, homemade pickled carrot, and fresh vegetables. Behind the creation of these passionate Vietnamese dishes is Ms Kim Bui , the owner of Mr Rollz. She has been in the food and hospitality industry since 1996. Before settling in Australia with her family, she worked as the Senior Sous Chef in the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts branch in Vietnam for 13 years. She was the National Representatives of Vietnamese Food in Japan, Korea, and Malaysia. With all the previous experience and passion in the food industry, Mr Rollz is where she has dedicated to prolonging her career in Australia.
